Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re very busy working on your web sites or developing your applications, you hardly have time to monitor what’s happening with the Virtual Private Server – if it’s overloaded or whether all the processes are running the way they should. With our Managed Services deal, we’ll take care of this instead of you. Your server will be included in a custom–built monitoring system and in the event that there is a sign of a problem, our sysadmins will be warned momentarily.

Weekly Backups

If you manage a popular site or a resource–heavy web app, it is mandatory to keep a full back–up copies of everything. Yet, setting up an automatic backup solution is difficult. That is the reason why we offer you our Managed Services solution – we promise to maintain a complete backup copy of your VPS plan, not just of your web sites and hosted content, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, preserving all the configurations that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Plan, you will have full freedom to install any script or service on your server. Still, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and may require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Managed Services deal will help you out. It features thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – this means that you can basically hire one of our seasoned server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software application whatsoever that you want. Or have him fix a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and it is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Plans.
